Konklusion

Use of humic preparations for the non-root treatment of agricultural plants allows:

1) to facilitate the transport and circulation of nutrients in plants;
2) to improve the respiration of plants;
3) to accelerate the process of biosynthesis;
4) to decrease the content of nitrates in plants;
5) to improve the quality of crop production;
6) to increase the ratio of using fertilizers by plants;
7) to make healthy the plants.
The non-root treatment of agricultural plants by the solution of HS allows compensating the deficiency of mull-humus in plough-soil. By other words, the non-root treatment of plants by the solution of HS can be considered as one of the methods of restoration of humificated material, which is one of the most important trophic units of the system soil-plants, and which is the characteristic of non-damaged ecosystems

Analysis of the results shows that the dosage correspond-ing to 10tons of humic fertilizer per hectare has an stimulating influence on the soil microorganisms - destructors. Big-ger dosage (corresponding to 50 tons of humic fertilizer per hectare) demonstrated inhibition effect. Consequently, high dosages of the humic preparations will be very effective on early stages of soil remediation of hu-mus free (or poor in humus) soils, due to their ability to inhibit activity of destructors, eventually aiding in accumula-tion of organic matter in the soil. Apparently, dosages of humic substance fertilizers used on later stages of soil remediation should be reduced to en-sure formation of natural soil microflora.

Hvad Analyser af HS The unique chemical properties of humic substance products enable their application in industry, agriculture, environmental and biomedicine.
Konklusion Humic substances have important roles in soil fertility, and are considered to have primal relevance for the stabilization of soil aggregates. They can be divided into three components according to their solubility: humic acids, fulvic acids and humin. Humic acids are the most explored group of humic substances. Beyond their relevance for life these substances have industrial applications in the development of absorbents to be used at the sources of metal-poisoning. Being natural substances, their purification process is cheaper than the synthesis of any other sorbent and, moreover, due to their high operability, they absorb more than the absorbents used to date, such as active charcoals or clays. The specific properties of humic acid products enable their application in industry, agriculture, environmental and biomedicine.

Konklusion The results show that the humic fraction with low molecular size used in this study is endowed with the characteristic structural network described for most humic substances so far isolated and conirm the presence of IAA in this fraction. The results also show that the LMS fraction of humic substances stimulates the uptake of nitrate by roots and the accumulation of the anion at the leaf level.

Hvad Objective of this research was to compare speed of decomposition of several types of organic fertilizers in the soil. Speed of decomposition of organic matter was assessed by the change of total carbon and nitrogen in model samples.
Konklusion The following observations made in the course of conducted research earlier known properties of humic substances. HS-C is Humic Substances, CM-D90 cow manure og UR is unoxidized residue:\n-Relative reduction of leakage of carbon and stabilization of such leakage at early stages of composting were observed both in HS-C and HS-C/UR groups; - CM-D90 group was characterized by substantial leakage of nitrogen, which constituted 20%. It was confirmed that joint application of HS-C and CM-D90 products allowed to reduce leakage of nitrogen from 20% to as much as 7,5%. - Application of HS-C product results in formation of highly stable complex of organic compounds of applied fertilizers and soil organics. - Application of humic substance preparations as additives to traditional organic fertilizers stimulates fixation of organic matter in the soil (humification process) and decelerates its decomposition, thus potentially increasing uptake of nitrogen by plants and allowing reduction of application of mineral fertilizers.
